Professional Networking i.e  Facilitate connections between ESA members and professional organizations like IEK (Institution of Engineers of Kenya) and Encourage participation in industry events, networking sessions, and internships.  Industrial Linkages : Foster relationships between ESA members and the industry, both within Kenya and internationally. This could include organizing company visits, industrial talks, and career fairs. Academic Collaborations : Promote partnerships with other associations and institutions, both domestically and internationally. This can lead to knowledge exchange, joint events, and collaborative projects. Fund Management : Ensure transparent and responsible handling of funds allocated for projects aimed at achieving ESA's objectives. Maintain proper records and accountability.
